Mattress Sales Conditions


 
  • By adding the Affinia Bed to your sales cart and completing your order you are accepting these terms and conditions.

  • The Affinia Bed is made exclusively for Affinia Hotels and their guests and are not returnable.

  • The bed includes a mattress and box spring only and fits on a standard frame. The bed carries a warranty for defects in workmanship only. This coverage is for a full ten years.

  • You may expect to receive a call from the delivery company to setup delivery within 4 to 6 weeks.

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 9am and 5pm. When you receive a call from the delivery company to set up delivery, they will advise the day of delivery to your area. You will be provided a 4-5 hour window of availability.

  • Prior to signing for the delivery of the bed, it is important that you inspect the mattress and box spring carefully for damage that may have occurred due to shipping. While this does not happen often, if there is any type of damage, it is important that you refuse the bed and contact us immediately. We will do our best to deliver another bed to you as soon as possible.

  • If you will not be home for delivery and someone else will be receiving the bed, please leave the inspection instructions with the person who will be signing for the bed.

  • We recommend that you do not remove the old bed until you have received your new bed in the event of any delays with your delivery.

  • If you require a bed frame, one may be purchased for an additional $125.00. Please inspect the frame upon receipt since it will arrive prior to the delivery of the bed.

    Please note: It is your responsibility to assemble the bed frame prior to the scheduled delivery of your mattress. The delivery company is not responsible for this assembly.

  • After completing your order online you will be contacted within 24-48 business hours (Mon-Fri) regarding your purchase.

  • Please check your email order confirmation carefully to make certain that your order is correct. If there are any errors, please contact Customer Service immediately.
